AbvSpu - UDP-version evaluates DB 195 at address 162 (Number of PCs) and does nothing if the number of PCs is zero. This
setting is only valid for the Sapi-version, where the number of PCs is important. The UDP-version uses broadcast / multicast
and is independent of the number of PCs.
