User

Introduction
By assigning access rights to a certain user an operational hierarchy can be
established.

Dependent on the used ALPHA-VISION®-Version Users are created via:
- AvET - User list (not working yet)
- AvET Piktogramm -
and selecting User from the pull down menu 'file' (described here)
User
The BROWSER option 'User...' opens a similar Dialog Window:
Already existing users are shown.
Possible actions
| Button | Action |
|---|---|
| OK | Saves new/modified entries and closes the window. |
| Cancel | Closes the window and discards new entries. (same as the ‘close window’ function on the right top) |
| Add | Opens an input window to input a new user. |
| Edit | The marked user can be modified in the opened input window. |
| Delete | The marked user is deleted. |
Note:
"Edit", "Delete" are only accessable if a user is marked.If a user is marked, his data are copied to the input window opened when pressing the ‘Add’ button.
Fields of the input window
| Field | Meaning |

| User name | Name of the user |
| Password | In order to log in a user must supply the password defined here. |
| Keycard ID | Not used |
| User profile | Defines the access rights for a user. see: user profile |
| User ID-Id | Identification nummer of a user, must be unique. |
The "ok" button accepts the inputs made; "Cancel" aboards it.
