DCLog

SUMMARY

In the Damage Control Log "_DCLog.dbf" any Action/Information initiated via the Plot symbols, the Damage Area or Killcards is archived.
New inputs to the log file are written to the top.

Inputs to the Log file via fire detectors

The Plot Symbol in the Main Screen is set by the fire dedector automatically and an input in the DCLog is generated.

Inputs to the Log file via the Menu Area

Symbol Area
Any of the Plot Symbols may be set manually by a user when damage is reported; on setting the Plot Symbol an input to the DCLog is generated.

Damage Area
Any Information set via the Damage area produces an input to the DCLog.

After setting a Plot Symbol for "fire detected" the appropriate Killcard may be selected.
On working through the predefined actions a DCLog entry is made on any confirmation of a listed action.

Depending on the setup it is very likely that specific rights are necessary to set Plot Symbols and insert information to the Damage Area.
