SUMMARY
IsEqual - compares arguments from the left to the right for EQUAL:
SYNTAX
IsEqual(
<arg1, arg2, ...>);
ARGUMENTS
- arg1, argN (type:any)

IsEqual can work on arbitrary arguments.
If the arguments are of different type the result is unknown.
DESCRIPTION
Stack
- Missing arguments are taken from the stack.(and removed from there).
- The result is pushed onto the stack.
Effect
IsEqual compares arguments from the left to the right for EQUAL:
arg1 == arg2 == arg3 == ... == argN
EXAMPLES
//Stack before (1 Element):
//"abc" //converted to 0
IsEqual(,2);
//Stack afterwards: (1 Element):
//false
//Stack before (2 Elements):
//2,0
//"2"
IsEqual(,2,);
//Stack afterwards: (1 Element):
//true
