SUMMARY
IsLtEq - compares arguments from the left to the right for
LOWER THAN OR EQUAL:

ARGUMENTS

IsLtEq can work on arbitrary arguments
If the arguments are of different type the result is unknown.
DESCRIPTION
Stack
- Missing arguments are taken from the stack.(and removed from there).
- The result is pushed onto the stack.
Effect
IsLtEq compares arguments from the left to the right for
LOWER THAN OR EQUAL:
arg1 <= arg2 <= arg3 <= ... <= argN
EXAMPLES
//Stack before (1 Element):
//10
IsLtEq(,2);
//Stack afterwards: (1 Element):
//false
//Stack before (2 Elements):

IsLtEq(,2,);
//Stack afterwards: (1 Element):
//true
