Creating an instance of the class BdcConfig

  1. Load / create project (.prj.xml) file.

  2. Activate the lower part of the horizontal divided window.

  3. Via the toolbar-icon ‘new object’ select "Bdc configuration insert".

Objects of the class BdcConfig

left display(LeftPaneDisplay)
Initial picture file for the left side of the application window (Context menu and icon bar)
LeftPaneDisplay=Left.dis.xml

right display(RightPaneDisplay)
Initial picture file for the right side of the application window (Ship views)
RightPaneDisplay=Right.dis.xml

window size(WinSize)
Start size of the application window.

minimize window(WinMinimized)
Minimizes the actual window when starting.

do file Pfad(DoPath)
The *.DO - File of the VisionNT-Project for ACI-Bindings (Fire detection etc.)

function numbers(FktNrs)
Is used to take over the needed function numbers (Access rights) from the *.do file.
Function numbers are separated by semicolons.

enable function numbers(FktNrsEnabled)
Defines whether in runtime the given function numbers should be checked (yes), or the control elements are accessible for anybody (no).
In that way a project protected by access rights is accessible in runtime without the appropriate log in.

ABC figure(ABCFigure)
Name of the context menu figure that is used to display the context menu for contamination borders.

ABC class(ABCClass)
Name of the class that contains data for the contamination borders.

ABC color(AbcColor)
Name of the color that is used to mark rooms with ABC-Alarm.
Without an entry the color in the picture does not change.

fire figure(FireFigure)
Name of the context menu figure that is used to display the context menu for smoke borders.

fire class(FireClass)
Name of the class that contains data for the smoke borders.

fire color(FireColor)
Name of the color that is used to mark rooms with Fire-Alarm.
Without an entry the color in the picture does not change.

fire border color(FireBorderColor)
Name of the color that is used to fill fire borders. Without an entry the color in the picture does not change.

water figure(WaterFigure)
Name of the context menu figure that is used to display the context menu for water borders.

water class(WaterClass)
Name of the class that contains data for the water borders.

water color(WaterColor)
Name of the color that is used to mark rooms with water ingress.
Without an entry the color in the picture does not change.

overwrite context menu(OverwriteContextmenu)
On “yes” the actual context menu is overwritten if a new event triggers a new plot symbol.
On “no” the old context menu is kept.
On setting plot symbols manually the context menu is overwritten in any case.

DC log folder(DcLogFolder)
Location of the DC-Log file.

DC log size(DcLogSize)
Size of the ring buffer in bytes.

ET -help directory(HelpDirEt)
The base directory of the help files. Only needed if the help files are not located in subdirectory HELP of the program folder.

enable exit(EnableExit)
If set to “yes” the application can be closed as ever.
If set to “no” it can only be closed by using the Task-Manager.

cascade killcard windows(KillcardWindowsCascaded)
On “yes” the Kill-Card submenus are opened cascaded. An already opened Kill-Card window is moved to foreground.
On “no” the Kill-Card submenus are opened tiled.
On 4 windows open a click to a submenu button in the main menu does not have any effect.

3D-display name(3dDisplay)
If here a picture name is defined the room data of that picture are used to generate the damage objects for the automatically counting of sections – respectively sections & deck damages.
